Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough quality control inspections in both the Depot and Apron areas. Additionally, the incumbent will provide support in the fueling and defueling processes of aircraft.

ADNOC Distribution specializes in the marketing, sales, and distribution of transportation fuel to retail and commercial clients. In addition, we provide a range of non-fuel services at our service stations to further enhance customer convenience.
Purpose of the Job
The main objective of this position is to oversee and manage operations at the Depot for the loading, receiving, storing, and transferring of petroleum products in a secure and reliable manner. This includes operating the related pump and pipe systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fueling Operations
1. Conduct quality checks on tanks and pumps as required and complete all necessary records at the Depot.
2. Verify fuel levels in each tank through physical dip, specific gravity, and temperature measurements.
3. Regularly monitor storage tank levels by conducting physical dip measurements and compare the results with the tank gauging system. Additionally, perform floating suction checks, conductivity checks, and routine serviceability checks on the tanks.
4. Adhere to company procedures and guidelines when taking samples from filters, tanks, pipelines, and other equipment in the depot and shelters.
5. Receive products from vessels/road tankers and unload them into storage tanks following company procedures.
6. Ensure all relevant procedures are followed during vessel loading operations.
7. Clean and maintain all sampling equipment, including buckets, bottles, and close-sampling systems.
8. Immediately report any expected dangers or hazards to the Depot Supervisor.
9. Monitor all filter, pressure, and temperature gauges and promptly report any defects.
10. Prepare and maintain documentation of all activities and enter data into the necessary records/systems.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Adhere to the appropriate HSE policies, protocols, and regulations, as well as relevant laws and sustainability guidelines in accordance with global standards, industry best practices, and the ADNOC Code of Practices.
Execute tasks securely following HSE protocols.
Guarantee complete adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety rules.
Promptly report all Incidents and Near Misses to the supervisor.
Abide by Company Emergency Procedures and actively engage in Emergency drills as required.
Take part in HSE campaigns, training programs, awareness sessions, and initiatives implementation to help achieve the set goals.
HSE - Firefighting Operations
Conduct regular and unannounced inspections of critical operational areas and facilities to ensure that fire equipment is always in proper working condition and promptly report any unsafe incidents.
Inspect, clean, and test firefighting apparatus, tools, and equipment, such as hoses, hose fittings, hydrants, ladders, and hand extinguishers, to ensure that all firefighting equipment is in excellent condition and ready for use when needed.
Promptly respond to fire or accident alarms from the control rooms of the plants, assess the location of the fire, connect the necessary hoses to fixed fire hydrants, and initiate firefighting using appropriate tools based on the fire's source.
Participate in implementing emergency measures as required by the situation to ensure a swift and immediate response to emergencies.
Monitor screens and alarm systems in the firefighting control room and promptly communicate any emergencies in accordance with ADNOC Distribution's procedures.
Credentials, Background, Expertise & Abilities:
1. Educational background should include completion of Secondary / High School or higher education level.
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working as a Depot Operator is required.
