Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations of the hotel's Front office.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, ensuring they receive proper training and motivation to provide exceptional service.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and prompt manner, aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of hotel facilities.
- Regularly inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the main contact for emergencies and critical incidents, implementing appropriate procedures to resolve any issues.
