We are hiring for the position of Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor at our Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling support.
- Drive sales performance and help the store achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain customer databases (CRM).
- Support Store-in-Charge in daily operations, including staffing, reporting, rostering, and stock handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to APM guidelines.
- Analyze KPIs and assist in developing improvement strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated sales excellence and CRM management skills.
- Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Positive, approachable personality with a customer-first mindset.
